As human beings we have a visible body (the physical) and an invisible body (the energy body, also called the Aura or the Subtle Energy Bodies Field).  The aura is an electromagnetic field which surrounds the body, it responds to thought patterns and energy follows thought!  The Aura is the body which is said to be the life body, the body which nourishes the physical.

We are beings of energy and light and we each resonate to our own unique frequency be it high or low.  This vibrational frequency changes constantly in accordance with our life challenges.  It slows down, it speeds up, and it gets stuck!

I am a natural healer and assist and support my clients with their reconnective journey to the authentic self, through Heart Centred Colour Healing (HCCH). This therapy promotes BALANCE, wellbeing, inner peace, relaxation, clarity of thought, focus and enables us to validate, acknowledge, love and nurture ourselves.  Moreover, my intent to heal and my client’s intent to be healed is paramount to the healing process. I hold an energetic space for my client in my consciousness, which increases the effectiveness of the different multi-dimensional frequencies of the HCCH energies involved in the process.

Humans and animals resonate to the healing frequency of colour, which forms the visible part of the electromagnetic spectrum. Colour energy therapy uses the vibrational frequency found in colour as a safe, natural and non-intrusive healing therapy. The healing energy of colour therefore works on a subtle level within the electro-magnetic field that surrounds each of us enabling the body to heal itself holistically, mind body and soul.

• Treatment is performed on a therapy couch lying down fully clothed or on a chair (Express balance is on a chair)
• The number of treatments I recommend is usually four
• The follow up treatments are one hour (Colour Balances are shorter either 45/30 mins)
• Aftercare information given
• Follow up treatment after a week
